July 8th 2010 Daily Update

Weights, sit-ups, hula and some cardio on the cross trainer today. I aim to get back to trying to do a morning and evening workout however first meeting in the office started at 7am today and I'm not that much of a morning person to be up at 5am to gym first!

40 minutes Interval Training on the elliptical trainer

412 calories burnt on the machines today (2,269 month to date).
