A slow start to the month due to travels overseas resulting in breaking the momentum a little and no formal exercise therefore from 1st->4th July. Aim to target 12,000 kcals this month.
5th July: 743 calories burnt on the machines today
6th July: 326 calories burnt on the machines today
7th July: 788 calories burnt on the machines today
Month to date total is 1857 kcals.
