As I've start posting to a blog in June, this post is a summary for March 2010. From June onwards the posts will be more regular and with current thoughts.
March saw my birthday... The first exercise began on March 7th with a session on the elliptical cross-trainer. I like these machines as they allow you to quickly burn calories in a non-impact exercise. I find treadmills boring and I've never been one to jog. 310 calories burnt on March 7th. A good start!
The next couple of weeks in March saw trips overseas to the UK and India during which I didn't exercise. I need to get into the habit of exercising in the hotel gyms to get momentum moving along.
On my return from the business trips I exercised a further 10 days out of the remaining 13 days. Not too bad, not great, but a start.
