April 2010 Summary

As I've start posting to a blog in June, this post is a summary for April 2010. From June onwards the posts will be more regular and with current thoughts.

April begins... No business trips overseas however a long weekend break in Washington DC and a lot of workshops in the office.. All excuses for not exercising.

Although I exercised an extra day in April compared to March, my total calories burnt was less. A number of things came to a head during the end of April and into early May that will see the exercise regime improve.

I wasn't particularly impressed with my results from April. Plenty of excuses. Time to pull things together and make a change in my life.. otherwise what's the point, I may as well turn into a giant blob and give up... I'm not someone used to giving up or not succeeding...
